Crab pasta and Provence rosé

I love this Valentines pairing, a gorgeous crab linguine with a bright and fresh Provence rosé.

While your pasta is boiling, sauté garlic, onion, red chilli and diced fennel and season with salt.


Add a small glass of rosé to bring all those ingredients together.


Then in goes the cherry tomatoes, let them bubble away and add a nice squeeze of lemon and parsley.


Add your pasta with a little bit of pasta water.


Then add your white and brown crab meat, just stir it through gently and it’s ready to serve straight away.


Grate some lemon zest, more parsley and bread crumbs.


So delicious, what a treat!
