This easter how about pairing a juicy berry fruited South Africa Syrah with a little bit of peppery spice with a herb-crusted rack of lamb.
Begin by seasoning and browning the lamb
Into a blender add garlic, mustard, rosemary, parsley, breadcrumbs, some lemon zest and a large glug of olive oil
Gently pat on the herby mix and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 fan
Slice into individual chops, serve with new potatoes, asparagus, radish and this lovely syrah
